The two biggest issues of the Christian Right are abortion and gay marriage. Neither of which Jesus Christ had anything at all to say about. The third next issue on their list is wanting to force prayer in public schools, which Jesus Christ specifically said not to do. And what did Jesus say about evolution? Or prom? Or drugs. Or BJs…
That’s the problem with both Evangelical Christianity or Faith Based Religion. They cannot think it out, they have to rely on reciting, blindly accepting the dogma, and only discussing faith within the boundaries of their bubble.
