Al Gore and Rush Limbaugh were both nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize this year. Limbaugh was nominated last year by the Landmark Legal Foundation of which he is a director, he has touted his nomination on his radio show since last February. Though Limbaugh has the conservative credentials to win this coveted award as America’s loudest voice of intolerance, bigotry, violence, torture and war, the rest of the world see things quite differently than we do in Bush America.
Congratulations to Mr. Gore who deserves the award for not only his success in bringing climate change to center stage, but for being a kind peaceful person. This of course will once again bring up the question, will Al run? No. Things have changed now that even Donald Duck could beat the Republicans in 2008. Gore wins Nobel Peace Prize
