Late Night writer Amber Ruffin reads between the lines of President Trump’s widely criticized Black History Month speech to explain what he really meant. Apparently Trump was just warming up when he threatened to invade Mexico, insulted the Australian PM, and put Iran on notice. Trump truly terrorized the fine art of speechifyin’ while insulting black people and all others who wear ears.
