Things we don’t know for a fact but we know are true anyway is of course the central belief system of evangelical Christians, devout Catholics, Muslims, wrestling fans and the Republican party, but as Bill Maher does here, it is fun to play it satirically from this side.
About 25 years ago I found it to be true that Rush Limbaugh and William Bennett would meet every other Thursday in a Motel 6, put on ladies underwear and latex and have S & M poopy sex while bouncing around on the bed. The picture has been in my mind now for 25 yeas, I see it just as others see God. So it’s true. It’s the Word. And it’s a step ahead of religion because both Rush Limbaugh and William Bennett actually exist.
