So even after this tub of lard accused Jon Huntsman of being a traitor to both the GOP and the President this weekend, REPUBLICANS are still singing the praises of New Jersey Republican Governor Chris Christie.
What for exactly? What has he done? Well he stopped the new tunnel to NY which wasted billions already spent, not only laying off thousands but also hurting the infrastructure and future commerce of both New Jersey and New York. He has also reduced jobs, pensions, wages, and health care for New Jersey workers.
Besides all those wonderful aspects of the man, it really comes down to two far bigger issues.
First he is an example to all Americans that over the top morbid obesity and no personal self control is a real winner in Republican circles. Which Rush Limbaugh has proved every day for 25 years!
But even more important was that moment he snapped at that women who suggested that transferring money from public schools to tax breaks for the wealthy – while he can afford sending his kids to private school – is a bit much.
"IT’S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHERE I SEND MY KIDS TO SCHOOL!" He screamed at her. Which caused a standing ovation from Republicans coast to coast! Which they are still applauding. She was one of those, you know, failures.
So there you have it, two of the central ideological WORLD VIEWS of the GOP. Ram as many Hostess cupcakes as you can down your pie hole, and elected officials private lives are none of their constituents business. Unless they are Democrats.
So who are you voting for come November?
The loudly unrepentant who want to double down on the very policies that caused the worse economic mess since 1929?
Or those who trying to clean up their mess but not doing it fast enough for our I WANT IT ALL RIGHT NOW culture?
Lost your car, your house, your job and had to pull your kids out of college? Vote Republican and make it worse so there will be millions more will join you in your pain. Easing your burden by making you feel better about yourself.
