After a very long time of failing to find even one good thing about the NRA, or anything at all I can agree with them on, I think there is a new issue at play that may change that.
I am sure you have heard about THE LIBERATOR by now – the plastic 3D printer gun. The plans and blueprints are available online. At present one does need a $10,000 3D printer, but in a few years that should be down to below $1000. The plastic rolls cost about $50. The Liberator was created by the company Defense Distributed which is University of Texas Law Student Cody Wilson. A self proclaimed anarchist who wants to see the destruction of all local, state and federal governments. I do not know if he is related to Ted Cruz or just a fan.
So the NRA whose prime directive is to sell guns should be coming out against this gun freedom soon. But right this minute, anyone with an extra $10k and some computer and tool room smarts can make one of these and get on a plane undetected to get off at least 4 or 5 shots.
The question on Bubba’s mind of course is can we make a good woman on a 3D printer.
