I was looking over the membership rolls of Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) and noticed no Hispanic names. Come on, Republicans and conservatives have long since known to put blond Women and Brooks Brothers African Americans up front to make their point against women and Blacks. Get with it CAPS.
