Other than the standard Fox News and Talk Radio clowns, so far the only positive response I have seen on this is from The Heritage Foundation. You know the old conservative Think Tank that Tea Party Jim DeMint quit the Senate to go preside over.
The trick in this business of this Supreme Court decision is that a Republican House and a 60 vote Senate will not revisit this issue any time soon. Not only does this give the old racist Southern states carte blanche to pass more and more voting restrictions on the black, the brown, the poor and the young, but gives the rest of the states a clear road to do the same.
