Daily Show, The John Oliver Corporation happy that Supreme Court allows unlimited corporate money to pour into elections

This video concerns the very serious matter of pouring gasoline on an already out of control system of a government elected by cash. Democracy replaced by Marketocracy makes Scott Brown becoming the junior Senator from Massachusetts seem a flea on a nanonit.   The corporate biased
media

This decision by the five conservative Republicans on the Supreme Court is fully political in nature. It is judicial activism at its worse, which when not ACTIVATED in their favor cause conservative Republicans to turn purple.

100 years of precedent turned on its ear to give the GOP an enormous advantage in the election process, diluting the votes of the people to an extent it will cause less people to go vote. The GOP could not ask for more from the SC. They win on two fronts, their corporate sponsors given no limits on what they can spend for their Republican politicians and as always, retarding the vote, getting less people out is to their advantage.

I noticed a couple things with this and the media that got me going.

1) First of all how the media equalizes the amount and affect of corporate and union money. I cannot find any information on this anywhere. But we all know there is nothing equal about it. By my guess corporations out spend unions by a factor of 10. But no where can I find even a hint of that information.

2) Every article I have read in mainstream publications or seen on network or cable news ends with something to the effect that we do not yet know which political party this will benefit. Gimmie a friggin break… Why in the world to they think these 5 right-wing activist judges on the Supreme Court did what the did!  Gosh… Earth to media…

Why does the media keep at this kind of thing, making everything equal? It’s like equalizing golden retrievers and pit bulls, guns and sticks and sex and violence.

I hate to beat a live horse but per capita, intolerant, bigoted, God Fearing Americans buy more Ford Trucks, GIECO and PROGRESSIVE truck insurance, Budweiser and Ding Dongs than the rest of us put together.

Not only do we need to take the money out of our election process but out of our marketing of the news as well. Where is Walter telling us like it is?
