This actually came up a few years back in Libertarian debate I watched. Cannot remember if it was Ron Paul or Charles Murray. But they defended no FDA regulations by saying that if a company put arsenic in toothpaste that was fine, for after some amount of children were poisoned to death the market would adjust. Ayn Rand is alive and well in HELL.
