When is it okay to use thumb and forefinger to snap a Republican in the nose? Whenever they put any of the words, LIBERTY, FREEDOM, DON’T TREAD ON ME, GET THE GOVERNMENT OFF MY BACK along side any reference to curtailing women’s reproductive rights whether it be abortion of birth control. In fact you can not only snap them in the nose, but when they are recovering with their hands to their face, clap them in the ears.
