In an attempt to show voters that "I walk the path that you’ve walked" (figure that one out), Santorum shared a story about dogs in which he did not tie one to the roof of the car, presumably placing him ahead of Mitt Romney. Rather than endearing him to dog lovers, we all know that dog was vetting him in the most direct way possible. Perhaps the G-Rated version of ‘Santorum’ could be ‘a warm, pungent character assessment from a pooch.’
