Donald Trump’s newest campaign strategy isn’t going well. After Keith Olbermann’s quick rundown of the week in Trump, it is impossible to describe Trump’s actions as strategy…Instead, they are symptoms of a major meltdown.
My personal favorite example from this week demonstrates that there is no bizarre behavior of Trump’s that cannot be blamed on someone else – or on your own lying eyes. Of course you recall the Town Hall debacle in which Hillary’s turn to speak triggered Trump to pace, glower and crowd close behind Hillary – each and every time. Actually, we didn’t see it. We must have suffered a mass hallucination. Later in the week Trump heard the criticism and tweeted:
“She came into my territory…I never walked near her. She stands right in front of me.”
Keith recounts the meltdown that began on Monday afternoon, and describes the ways in which it differs from Trump’s previous tweet storms, rages and attacks on other Republicans, taking on a kind of ‘Mr. Smith’s Evil Twin Goes to Washington’ quality. Although Keith believes that Trump is the most dangerous political figure in this country’s history – he offers Trump the best advice he will ever receive. “GET SOME HELP!”
Oh, and Trump voters, don’t forget to heed the words of your candidate who reminded you to get out and vote on November 28th, so ‘crooked Hillary’ can’t steal this election from you.
