How counter-productive and damaging is it to leave cuts in Medicare as a possibility? Many doctors stopped taking Medicare patients long ago. It’s beyond the pale to expect physicians to take further cuts in payment. Soon the only doctors who will take Medicare will be truly good hearted souls, and the crooks who have been taking advantage of the program all along. Ah, but it will be a great feeling to fly your Lear jet high above such petty problems, free from any annoying taxes.
