From today’s Houston Chronicle, EPA ups ante in battle with state over clean-air standards

Is this EPA guy out of his mind? It says he is "regional" so he must have had an inkling of what is likely to come. Armed resistance, secession and war! We are again amassing at the Alamo!
This is Texas for chrissake! We may have littered highways, dirty water and the foulest air in America, but we have our guns! All is well.
