Erection of snow genitalia causes storm of complaints in Indiana

Lawn art is a touchy subject any time of year, but in Lafayette, Indiana the ‘art’ is down to a few piles of snow, but the controversy lingers on.

As you can plainly see from the report,’the children’ are traumatized over two snow sculptures the residents of one home in the neighborhood were moved to erect, depicting male genitalia. The children always seem to be traumatized in direct proportion to the outrage of the parents in these reports.

Neighbors complain that police "Showed up, laughed and left." It’s not likely to happen again next year. The incident caused an investigation showing that a state statute for ‘obscene matter’ is a misdemeanor, a steep price to pay for a bit of melting self expression.
