If there is anything more bizarre than two upright Christian teachers barging into an Atheist colleague’s classroom to spray the miscreant with holy water in front of her class, it is the reasoning expressed for the Tea Party’s involvement in the case!
Danita Kilcullen of the Fort Lauderdale Teabaggers explained why it is the duty of the TP’ers to become involved. When asked why they were protecting the two aggressors, and not the attacked Atheist teacher, Schandra Rodriguez, it was clear to Kilcullen…if no one else. Expressing the Teabagger’s firm adherence to the constitution, and the first amendment, she continued. "It’s a breach of the constitution, and she hasn’t been punished – for speaking out yet!"
