Florida Senator Marco Rubio creationist

marco rubio creationistFirst off  keep in mind that 60% of Republicans believe that the Earth was created less than 10,000 years ago. And a majority of Americans want creationism given equal time in public school science classes. Which makes Iranians smarter than we are.  So old white people refuse to accept evolution? Or fruits and coloreds.  I pray the GOP will stick with them to the very end.

“At the end of the day, I think there are multiple theories out there on how the universe was created and I think this is a country where people should have the opportunity to teach them all. I think parents should be able to teach their kids what their faith says, what science says. Whether the Earth was created in 7 days, or 7 actual eras, I’m not sure we’ll ever be able to answer that. It’s one of the great mysteries.” Marco Rubio to GQ magazine November 19, 2012

BTW, in the GOP talking head world, Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal are the next GOP candidates for President in 2016. But it is Mike Huckabee who most Republicans say they want as the nominee. What is with that? Is there a choice here? Between kissing up to Hispanics versus kissing up to women?

Marco Rubio being Cuban is at least somewhat Hispanic. BTW, Florida Cubans went Democrat for the first time this election.  But Texas Tea Party Senator Ted Cruz who wears the Hispanic badge is really nothing of the sort. He is Canadian, born in Canada to an Irish mother and a Cuban father. He never learned to speak Spanish. He is a Southern Baptist, and has no experience of Hispanic culture, society or anything of the sort.  He is all NO COMPROMISE TEA PARTY WHITE GUY.
