It turns out that Mitt Romney’s annoying habit of completely ignoring a question, then jauntily telling the moderator "You get to ask the questions YOU want, I get to give the answers I want" is nothing new. What is new is Romney’s grim and determined attempt to show humor in some way. To that end, Romney managed a two-fer, evading a question and misquoting Seinfeld character George Costanza.
