The answer for the GOP to get out the White vote is to do what they did in 2012 to suppress the minority vote. Just pass laws to make it hard for white people to vote and they will dodge tornadoes to get to the polls.
Keith Knight is the first political cartoonist I have found in my daily index searches that is an African American. There are two Hispanics that I know of. Lalo Alcaraz who I have used but is rather hard to find being too liberal for most newspapers and internet political cartoon indexes, and of course right-wing lunatic Michael Rameriz who is in most every newspaper and index most everyday.
