The Harris County District Attorney’s office has made a request to the Texas State Attorney General to keep the autopsy report of Diego Ortiz under wraps. Ortiz and Hernando Riascos Torres were shot in the back from 10 feet away by Joe Horn. My guess is that the Ortiz may have been decapitated by the two blasts he received which could weight heavy on Joe Horn’s "Hero" status and against all odds, result in a possible indictment of a white man killing a couple Negroes.
