Dallas based Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary has won its legal case in firing professor Sheri Klouda because "Women should not be allowed to teach men." U.S. District Judge John Henry McBryde agreed and dismissed Klouda’s 2006 case in Federal court today.
At first glance it would seem that the infamous conservative judge known in Texas as "Maximum McBryde" and often considered "unfair", "unjust", "mean", "nasty", "bigoted", "fascist" and who is always at odds with the Texas Bar would be at fault.
