Though they faced a 20 year sentence for killing their 8 month old son by refusing him medical care at the beset of God, Jesus, the Bible and pastor Nelson Clark, Herbert and Catherine Schaible were sentenced to 3 1/2 years. BTW, killing children is a capital offense in Pennsylvania.
The were sent to jail mostly because the judge in the case was angry for them breaking probation with his orders not to kill any more of their children, after they killed their two year old son Kent by denying him treatment for pneumonia in 2009. Had they not been on probation these good Christians would probably have been given a parade for their intensity of belief. Which as you know is far more important than what one actually does in life. That’s the founder of Protestantism, Martin Luther speaking.
The Schaibles are third-generation members of Pentecostals in the First Century Gospel Church in Northeast Philadelphia. So you see, it is not really their fault, this Christian horror show was just passed down to them from their parents and grandparents. Pastor Clark and the Schaibles are now mostly concerned that the couples other 7 children have been taken into foster care rather than given to Pastor Clark so they can keep this going into a fourth generation of Christian child murdering.
Why Pastor Clark has not been charged with conspiracy to murder children in this case fails me. His excuse for the Schaibles killing two of their sons is that the boys had a “spiritual lack” so God and Jesus teamed up to kill the both of them. Boy, Jesus has now become a corporate board member, a spokesmen for the NRA, an advocate of executions and a child murderer! Only in America. And the Congo.
Once parents have washed their children’s brains to the degree that by 6 or 7 they accept WITHOUT QUESTION that invisible interactive flying deities in the firmament are responsible for everything, there is no end to how far the ignorance and intolerance can reach.
