GOP candidates have expressed a desire to skip Town Hall meetings if at all possible. Here is exhibit one, and as it turned out Romney was just getting warmed up on this lady’s question. It’s obvious that Republicans will do themselves more harm than good if they face potential voters and critics, and would like to stay home and literally phone this campaign in – but for the friendly fund raisers, of course.
Is it me, or does Mitt get entirely too steamed for the question he has been asked ? It strikes me that he could have answered it four times over if he had skipped the repetitive playground tactics. While the woman was no longer wearing a mic, Romney spends an outraged and endless time screeching ""It’s my turn! My turn! My turn now! Let me speak, then you get to speak…Just hold on, hold on a second, let ME talk! (This is the abridged edition) Personally, I’m holding out great hope for Town Hall meetings. : )
