Hugo Chavez is at it again! Not only the arch enemy of the United States but the fellow who is out to destroy the entire Western Hemisphere. In 2004 a Venezuelan illiteracy plan found that 63,000 mostly old and poor could not read because they were blind from cataracts and pterygium, both maladies that could be corrected by an operation that costs about 00,which none of such people could ever pay. Chavez soon realized this was the case throughout Latin American and began what he called the “Miracle Mission”.
So this lowdown evil communist is in the process of making all Venezuelans see again for free, and even more diabolical, he is flying in thousands of others from all over Latin American who cannot afford the operation, everything free. FREE! Oh my God! The horror.
The American Press reporting on this story dwells primarily on how it is a dishonest self promotion, a communist plot, how Ophthalmologists are screaming bloody murder for lost revenues, and how Chavez recently met with Arch Devil Fidel Castro in Cuba to discuss better ways to disseminate free health care to the poor, clean up the environment, more efficient and cleaner use of fossil fuels and other horrible anti-American ideas.
After many years of George W. Bush pointing his finger and naming other nations evil, Hugo Chavez has responded naming George Bush evil on occasion. That profound unfairness has not been lost upon Real Americans.

Postscript: I have a CITGO station down the street. Using their cash card a gallon of gas is about $.09 cheaper than anywhere else. I asked if they had any CITGO bumbers stickers. They did. I put one on my bumper way on the far right where I hope bullets will not start the gas tank on fire.
