There has never been a more judicial activist on any court in America than Clarence Thomas. He openly collects gifts, money and trips from far Right lobbyists knowing full well he will be deciding cases in their favor. Flat out refusing to recuse himself. The Koch Brothers are his main souce of graft. When approached on the subject he not only claims that as a Supreme Court Justice he is above such laws, but he laughs and presents his subjective finger to all of us.
There are two reasons why he is not undergoing impeachment. The Republicans love him and control congress, while the Democrats are afraid of going after the only Black man on the court.
No other political action in this nation would change this nation as much as getting this sick hate filled man off the court, moving that court from a steady 5 to 4 conservative to a steady 5 to 4 liberal for a generation.
