Admittedly the South Bend, Indiana apartments in the complex all look quite similar, but one resident broke into an apartment which clearly was not his own. Was it just bad timing, or did the legal apartment dweller wait until the burglar finished folding clothes, vacuuming, sweeping and cooking dinner before she called the police? I’m not entirely certain I’d have called at all, I’ve yet to have a roommate who did all of that!
