What’s in a name? I’ll tell you, despair or unadulterated joy – that’s what! The techno-geek crowd awaited the iPhone 5 with such anticipation that when the less exciting sounding iPhone 4S was released instead there was no joy in geekdom.
With a product as overpriced as the iPhone, labeling is everything! Just when did people become enthused over their phones? My 1985 Princess model is nice, but I don’t have an emotional connection to it, and sadly there is no snob value at all – even with the custom Jaguar hood ornament attached to the headset. Silly geeks!
