That outburst may cause Alito, Roberts and Kennedy to vote for keeping Section 5 alive just to distance themselves from Scalia in a historical sense. Of course that is not the case for Clarence Slappy Thomas – the only black justice on the court – who is wetting his pants to vote against the Voting Rights Act or anything at all that would benefit African Americans. He got where he is through RACIAL ENTITLEMENTS so he has no reason to care about anyone coming up behind him. Not only does he suffer than grand hypocrisy, but Thomas decides cases not on the law, but upon his boiling visceral hatred of Anita Hill, Black Women and anything he considers Liberal, those who sullied his reputation at the Thomas Hearings. If you don't like what Thomas does, including the proven complaints that he and his white wife take millions from Right-wing lobbyists, he has a smile and a finger to give you. He knows no one has the balls to actually impeach a black supreme court justice.
