Bill Moyers returned to PBS last night with a discussion on taxes and the economy with Bruce Bartlett that everyone should watch. The Right-Wing is wrong.
The bottom line is that a generation of the combination of FOX NEWS and TALK RADIO, using such repetitive angry dishonest propaganda that watchers and listeners have no choice but to believe them. Repeat anything 100 times a day for 25 years and ask the psychologists working in advertising what it accomplishes. In this case the repetition is that the Government is evil waging war on religion, taxation is thievery, Liberals and Democrats are socialists and communists and the President is neither an American nor a Christian. WHILE these same watchers and listeners scream at the government to get out of their Medicare.
