The numbers have changed from a majority of Americans wanting to get rid to Obamacare to now 59% wanting to keep it. That leaves that same one third of Americans against it. The same one third whose ancestors rode dinosaurs, who believe having lots of guns in the house makes their children safer, who believe the only racism comes from those who bring it up, who deny climate change, evolution and think Ted Cruz is the cat’s pajamas.
Remember when President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act and VP Joe BIden leaned over and whispered in his ear, “this is a big fking deal.” Well it is, and though I was and am a Hillary fan I doubt she could of or would have got this done, the biggest deal in a generation. Which BTW, the Republicans say they will repeal if they take the Senate.
The Affordable Care Act, or what the PResident will now want it to be called, Obamacare, will be his legacy. Directing the government to help tens of millions of people rather than just bombing the crap out of religious folk.
