I have to disagree that Kudzu is responsible for the Southern states being so much more uneducated, poor, unemployed and stupid than the rest of the nation, after all Kudzu and Spanish moss are sub regional and do not appear throughout the once slave states. After much study, mostly at Cracker Barrel and Denny’s I have come to conclude that the common denominator covering the entire region is white gravy.
Oh you say, what about okra! It’s trans-regional! Well name me someone who eats okra?
