After some controversy here in Texas when a middle school black kid found that Texas history books referred to slaves as “agricultural workers” the state of Texas stepped up to the plate to pass a law keeping academics [smart people] from fact checking said textbooks, it’s only logical.
Larry Wilmore takes it upon himself to teach some children about the KKK and Jim Crow that Texas school children do not learn about. Or evolution, global warming or how to properly wipe their asses.
As every Texan says before each meal, “Thank you Lord for our guns and for Mississippi who without would put is first in infant mortality, health care, obesity, children in poverty, adults in poverty, child hunger and education. And we want specifically to thank Jesus Christ for Texas being number one in executions. Amen.”
