If nothing else the Donald Trump phenomenon has awoke complacent Americans to something I have been screeching here about for 25 years now, what the media has most egregiously avoided, that the crowd of talk radio listening, Fox News watching, NRA loving, God fearing poorly educated white people are uglier, dumber and far far more ubiquitous than the media has reported. SHARE. [What would the loss in advertising revenue be for just the F150 ads alone, yet alone the Bud. ]
These people have always been with us but for the most part they stayed under their rocks and kept to their hollers’ until January 2009. Now why then who knows. Media savvy Donald Trump has taken that great white money generator of talk radio and Fox News formula of making selfish callous bigots feel good about themselves, into our daily fair hearing them screaming from our TVs, waving horrible signs, wearing disgusting T-shirts saying the most gawdawful things we ever heard. That’s not to mention their ubiquitous presence in every comment sections and social media outlet they can take a crap in.
One last thought on this. Since Barack Obama became president the rise in sales of military assault rifles has risen from around 3 million to now close to 10 million. Who do you thing bought those 7 million assault rifles? And why? To shoot whom? To shoot whom 50 times a minute?
