The other day GOP Candidate Rick Perry lost Florida by doubling down on saying Social Security was a "Monstrosity" and a "Ponzi Scheme". Today Michele Bachmann lost Florida by wanting to drill for oil in the Everglades that isn’t there, just for the fun of tearing up the Everglades. This leaves a Mormon in magic underwear as the savior of the GOP. That is if one were to believe that the Republican Base were made up of rational beings.
I was watching Mornin’ Joe as I was doing putting this together, they had Leslie Stall as a guest. She worked for Ronald Reagan and reminded us that the general consensus in 1976 when he ran for President was just the same as Michele Bachmann.
