Why,- yes we have, and as it happens, Donald Trump was the mouth behind the first investigation of Obama’s birth certificate. That ridiculous exercise settled the question for most reasonable people. Consequently the greater mystery is why Romney is going along with Trump in this second ‘investigation.’ Forget dignity, it apparently hasn’t crossed Romney’s mind about the consequences of turn-about and fair play.
