The Civil Rights act was okay except for the part where African Americans are allowed to have a drink of water, have lunch, take a pee, or sleep at privately owned businesses. Rand Paul thinks it is okay for them to sleep and have lunch and pee and have a drink on government property though! Lots of government hotels, motels, restaurants, bathrooms, and bars hey?
