Piers Morgan has a new job! He is now working for Britain’s top tabloid newspaper The Daily Mail* as the world’s defender of Donald Trump from the mean, nasty and fake news American media. And he got only one finger for it? Though it did not show how many audience members were also flipping him the bird. In fact it was the closest I have seen to an actual live fight on Bill Maher’s shows Real Time or Politically Incorrect. Looks to me like Great Britain is going with Trump in our new war with Australia.
The defense of Piers Morgan sucking up to The Donald is that the media so “unfairly” beats up on him it only makes his followers dig in further to no longer watch anything but Fox News and INFOWARS. Even Bill Maher says that celebrities attacking The Donald only makes matters worse. And far too many reasonable people are telling us that protests [especially black ones] only make matters worse.
We have to win over the Trump voters! We have to reach out and compromise. We have to deny woman the right to an abortion and even birth control. We have to ban Muslims. We have to throw 20 million poor and working class Americans off Health care insurance. We have to give guns to wife beaters and the insane. We have to give ever bigger and bigger tax breaks to the wealthy. Suppress the vote of minorities. Give the world the finger. Allow financial advisers to rip old people off with their retirement plans. We have to round up 10 million men women and children and put them in prison camps. At least we are doing it by bus rather than trains.
For if we are mean to The Donald and don’t give them what they want, then they will no longer watch CNN, tune in to Rachel Maddow or listen to NPR, and not vote for Democrats next time round! Got me on the floor… Gosh… Hello? They hate the media and liberals more than they do Blacks, Mexicans and Muslims combined.
But there is one issue Bill Maher, myself and most liberal, moderate and independent men do agree on. Stop with the political correctness ladies. Can I say “ladies?” For it makes Trump voters out of moderates and independents. No one. NO ONE likes anyone pointing their finger in their face telling them what they can and cannot say. NO ONE.
