Has anyone noticed that all Republicans are 100% united against Obamacare because it is big bad government meddling in our health care system? All of them, every one of them.
The more than obvious response to that would be, What about Medicare? And Medicaid? And the VA? Do they really want to turn over our entire health care system to Monsanto? Yes they do. ALL OF THEM.
Its the same with Social Security. They publicly have to pander for the old fart vote, but handing it over to Wall Street, Hedge-fund managers and derivative brokers is what they want, ALL OF THEM.
Again. The Republican Party KEYWORDS: No New Taxes! Entitlements! Don’t Tread on ME! European Socialism! Obamacare! Dependency! Welfare! Sequester! Debt Ceiling! Nanny State! Moochers! Illegal Aliens! The essence of it, the bottom line, the soul of their ideology is all about reducing and denying help for the least of us. Which they have already spend 30 of success at.
And that’s the MODERATE old school Republicans, now add the new Tea Party Ugly of Southern racism, bigotry toward gay men and women, the War on Women, the religious intolerance and the Christian evangelical stupidity we see everyday, and it’s hard finding even one GOOD thing in Republican Politics. Well hold it. In 1976 Republican Bob Dole did sponsor the Food Stamp program.
So with that said, I cannot come up with one good, kind, nice or right thing the GOP has done in 37 years.
