The way the five activist Republicans on the Supreme Court rationalize removing Voting Rights laws from the Southern States most guilty of voter suppression is to tell the Republican held congress to rewrite and update the laws.
The big fat worm on that pile of crap is these are the same Republican Supreme Court activists who voted for Citizen’s United and against any gerrymandering laws. They know full well that with all that Citizens United billionaire money and Republican control of gerrymandering in most states will never renew or even review Voting Rights statutes. In fact just the opposite began literally MINUTES after the decision came down. Hopefully there will be a backlash.
