Mr. Rashid had a seizure at the scene and is presently in the hospital. Under Texas Law, with his daughter being on his property, all Mr. Rashid need do is say he was afraid. Then he too may gain hero status along with Pasadena, Texas Joe Horn. There is the problem of course in that he has a funny sounding name, may not speak good English, and is not as white as Mr. Horn.
