Herman Cain’s ‘999’ Tax plan may be a failure, but he is inspiring his uninspired fellow candidates to come up with their own absurd, and not-at-all workable plans. Of course the ultimate is paying zero taxes, Hurrah! This is not a new idea, Libertarians have been peddling the idea of paving your own roads, erecting your own hospitals and edumicating your own children for years. Perhaps their time has come?
