If you ever get discouraged with the national movement to Right-wing Shitism, remember things are always worse in Texas.
Sure Arizona is getting all the good press lately but it is only a matter of "catch up" to where Texas has been forever. Though in defense of my state a reminder that a recent poll found that the state with the most people who would like to criminalize mixed race marriages was Mississippi. Though not very surprising I expected it to be Idaho.
As you may look to Texas to feel good about where you live, we Texans always look to Mississippi to redeem ourselves….
