During a panel discussion on Donald Trump’s rough day with the press, Don Lemon of CNN took time out to read from the White House rebuttal to a Washington Post article titled “Snubs and Slights are a Part of the Job in Trump’s White House.” Lemon got only as far as Trump “has a magnetic personality and exudes positive energy,” before breaking down in helpless laughter.
The entire piece crafted by White House Director of Strategic Communications – whom I hope will write my next resume’, Hope Hicks is as follows:
‘President Trump has a magnetic personality and exudes positive energy, which is infectious to those around him. He has an unparalleled ability to communicate with people, whether he is speaking to a room of three or an arena of 30,000. He has built great relationships throughout his life and treats everyone with respect. He is brilliant with a great sense of humor … and an amazing ability to make people feel special and aspire to be more than even they thought possible.”
Ironically the banner on the bottom of the screen displayed the legend: “Spicer: President ‘Frustrated’ by so-called ‘Fake News'”
The side of Trump that Hicks portrays is rarely if ever seen, but he is looking more jovial in the photo where Mexican actress Salma Hayek is preparing to take a meaningful swing at ‘magnetic’ Trump the pinata.
