You’ve got WOMEN Republicans, now go for MINORITIES! With charmers like Peter Hansen of New Hampshire, you can’t lose. Republicans have been focused on a certain part of the female anatomy in the recent past. Who could forget the trans vaginal ultrasound debacle. And while we’re on the topic,Republicans showed a dearth of information about rape, pregnancy and the birds and bees in general, insisting that rape and pregnancy was a non-issue. After all, said someone who should know better,’Women have ways of shutting that sort of thing down.’ No need for abortion…Geez, it’s all under control ‘down there.’
What we didn’t know was that Republicans viewed us all AS walking vajayjays!
Enter New Hampshire’s own Peter Hansen. Communicating with a colleague, he referred to women as ‘vaginas’ – as in – ‘Round up the vaginas, they can vote now, can’t they?’ It’s stated with very much the same lack of respect as if I said, “Call that ‘dick’ Hansen and see what’s the matter with him, doesn’t he know that half of his constituents are card carrying V-people?”
