Surely you remember Sharron Angle’s web site, first posted when she was running for the Primary election. It stated her zany plans to abolish the Dept. of Education, "privatize or personalize " Social Security in a gambling scheme, and to repeal the regulation to prohibit offshore drilling….just to name a few of her proposed policies. Angle has done some house cleaning! She’s scrubbed her hard drive, and published a new web site which sounds nothing like the first, no mention of the "second amendment remedies" she had previously suggested. This could mean that she had an epiphany overnight, but more likely sees that those issues paint her as unlikely to be elected by anyone outside of the fringes of the Teabagger crowd. Harry Reid has resurrected the original web site. As you know, nothing is private on the internet. Rather than stating her reasons for changing to more acceptable squeaky clean views, she is pondering taking legal action against Harry Reid and his campaign, who took away her right to lie about herself, the better to draw in gullible and uninformed voters. Interviewed recently,Angle expressed dismay that reporters were paying attention to her statements. Ironically her Cease and Desist orders and publicity have drawn more attention to the site, and decrease the chances of fooling the people she obviously feels are seriously lacking in memory
function.
