There is often much complaining about the process of Senatorial advise and consent in this matter. All pointing back to the nomination of Robert Bork who was defeated because he was the most radical right-wing activist ever nominated to the Supreme court. In fact his name became a verb for the process, the poor guy BORKED!
An ugly slug of a man who needed to be BORKED for the good of not only this country but for the well being of the human race as well. At the time America had never experienced such a disgusting human being nominated to the court. They didn’t see Scalia coming…

But never fear, out from under a slime covered rock covering the Solicitor General’s grease trap Tricky Dick found Robert Bork to do the dirty deed for him.

Sadly the Democrats failed to keep the unqualified activist conservative – and Scalia’s lap dog – Clarence "Slappy" Thomas off the court. The process was considered so ugly with a liberal black woman speaking out against the man’s sexist nature, that we now have a Supreme Court Justice who is totally consumed by hating and despising liberals that the law takes a back seat to his personal bile.
