This crap is all dependent upon cops having "a reasonable suspicion" of someone being this or that. Every year it is estimated that half a million cops commit felony perjury in our court rooms, mainly over "probably cause" issues regarding the 4th Amendment. Police choose police work primarily because they enjoy jacking people around. They also drink too much and have much higher rates of domestic violence. And of course as everyone of us knows from experience, they are not very smart.
As it stands, if you are a citizen who looks Hispanic and do not have lots of ID on you, these cops will handcuff you and drag you off to jail to be fined $500 plus whatever bond and lawyer fees are needed.
But this will reduce the crime rate as no Hispanic in Arizona in their right mind will ever call the police for anything again! A crime unreported is a crime not committed!
And all this draconian bullcrap when there are 18% less illegal immigrants than last year.
We also learn that these immigrants bring in about $30 million to the Arizona economy with about the same amount now having to be spent rounding them up. So its a lose, lose, lose proposition which is okay when it comes to the very white of us.
