Judge Mary Ann Sumi who ruled against Gov. Scott Walker once, has just ruled again that any further implementation of law removing collective bargaining rights for public workers will be met with legal action. Walker has proceeded as if Judge Sumi had not bothered to bang her gavel the first time. Ed Schultz goes into detail, and explains the actions Walker took despite the first ruling, in his attempts to destroy collective bargaining rights.
While Walker insincerely claimed that his actions were not about union-busting, but rather "about repairing the budget," Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-WI) was much more forthcoming in his attempts to raise money – quickly. Fitzgerald is in hopes of breaking Wisconsin unions before the inevitable recalls begin, and it appears that there will be many Republicans who will unwillingly be involved in that definitive action by the people of the middle class, and everyone with common sense who wishes to halt the vision union-busting Republicans hold dear. It is a plan for a government consisting of a two-tier system; a group of blatant fools and thieves in the ruling class, and disenfranchised, desperately poor people who have lost their rights, keeping the former afloat. [And the problem is that last group vote for Republicans because they are slaves to soundbites – RJ]
