Romney is gunning for Big Bird, and then he’ll go after Cookie Monster, Elmo and Miss Piggy too – hop fast Kermit!
Barack Obama has turned the economy around, how will Mitt Romney shift it into high gear? He has stated that he can do it, but as is always the case, the details remain sketchy or completely non-existent. We know what he won’t do. He won’t tax the 1% or tie a yellow ribbon ’round the old oak tree until their overseas billions come marching home. Romney has voiced only two ‘plans,’ one of which is to ‘repeal Obamacare.’ Last night during the debate, he said he would “pull funding from NPR” quickly adding he liked Big Bird…As if that makes all of the difference, but Big Bird isn’t a bird brain with a short memory!
In December of 2011, Romney promised “not to kill Big Bird!” Furthermore he said he wanted advertisements on Sesame Street…You can never get them too young or too gullible.
